To Open: Hold the hinge firmly to stabilize the clasp. Pull the hinge outward until the clasp is fully released. Once open, slide the other half of the heart in or out as needed.
To Close: Place the other half of the heart back into position. Press the hinge downward firmly until you hear or feel a click, indicating the necklace is securely clasped.
